  • WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email service@clothingflora.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

  • I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
    If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at service@clothingflora.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

  • MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
    We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Return Policy

  • Cancellations
    Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.
    If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request via email at service@clothingflora.com

  • Your cancellation request must include the following information:

    The name and email address used to place the order

    We would accept returns if you notify us via email at service@clothingflora.com
    Make sure to contact us within 60 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
    If 60 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we would not be able to offer you a refund.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
    It must also be in the original packaging.
